Indigo Partners recognizes
that many placement agencies today have lost sight
of the value of personal communication. What
should be the norm is often the exception, but at Indigo
Partners, our aim is to be not just another resource,
but a partner in the search process.
We believe face-to-face communication is the best
way to establish successful, long-term relationships
between recruiters and their clients and candidates.
Extensive experience in tri-state professional placement
and a thorough screening process allow us to make
the most successful matches between job seeker and
employer.
How we can help
Our in-depth consultative approach stands in stark contrast to the impersonal
world of online job boards or high-pressure recruiters. Indigo Partners
prides itself on the attention given to both clients and candidates during
the selection process.
- For clients – we evaluate
your business environment, staffing goals and corporate
objectives in order to secure the right candidate
- For candidates – we sit
face-to-face to assess skills and assure a career
opportunity that is challenging and rewarding
Achieving a ‘perfect fit’ is the mutually
beneficial result.

tremendous growth and continues to expand, it is

make friends along the way!"
